To be honest that is just his entire laning phase. If he can land those, he can go even with you. If he misses them, he is free food.
It might be a good idea to ward up some of the brushes or at the very least stop him from going in them because if you have no vision of him, you cannot see him do the Rupture animation which makes dodging very difficult.
